Our advisor was arogant and we did not feel he is treating us seriously. Difficult to reach him on the phone. Always busy or not present in the office, no contact by mobile only the main office stationery phone. A few days before receiving the keys from the new house somebody asked us to pay extra 2000 euro but nobody could explain why. It was also not stated in the final invoice. Our advisor went for holidays and we could not contact him to look for the explanation. After many calls somebody else took care of it. The lady told us: "I cannot explain that but you have to pay it". The next day they said it was a mistake without saying even a word "sorry". The whole process was very stressful for me and my husband and would never recommend this company. Verry unprofessional and expensive like for this level of service. Dont waste your money, go somewhere else.

The offer was accepted at the end of February 2022, and the keys were delivered in early April! Peter de Bie really went above and beyond. He didn't think in terms of problems, but in terms of solutions. Contact was very personal, both with Peter and his colleagues who supported him. Absolutely fantastic!

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with De Hypotheker in Beverwijk. Incorrect information was provided, and a document wasn't forwarded to the notary, leaving us with unexpected costs. De Hypotheker acknowledges the errors, but they don't take responsibility for them.
