Last week, I discovered that the Weert branch was independently inquiring about my deceased father's life insurance policy. I'm curious what they want to do with the money, and why they're acting without me, as executor and heir, and inquiring about private information they have no business with. Finally, they're also refusing to delete my father's information to the extent required, in accordance with the new privacy law. Excellent company! And that rude tone on the phone could really use some improvement. Perhaps they should offer their condolences to a bereaved family member.
