"Cheap is expensive!" The results, service, and communication promised by real estate agent Jeroen van Woensel leave much to be desired. I regret choosing this real estate agent; they certainly didn't deliver on their promises. They made verbal commitments and promises that weren't kept. The Real Estate Agent, I don't recommend it!

We had already found a house. We were offered customized services at a (slightly) adjusted rate. They were supposed to "take care of everything." My advice: save your money and don't even bother. In reality, nothing was taken care of, and we had to constantly monitor the process. The effort expended was disproportionate to the requested rate. We naturally reported our criticism to them, and they, of course, disagreed. The relationship has since ended, the invoice has been paid, and we've handled the rest of the buying process ourselves. Now we know for sure that everything will go smoothly!
