My experience with Heul Vastgoed in Alkmaar is unfortunately very disappointing. The communication is particularly poor: after they kindly referred us to stop a permit, something they themselves advised... we subsequently received no further response whatsoever, and the property is still listed for sale on Funda. What makes it even more frustrating is that there was absolutely no follow-up from the real estate agent after the viewing. There are no calls back, no responses to messages, and no checking in to see how things are going. As a client, you are completely on your own. We had expected a professional party to take responsibility and be accessible, but that is absolutely not the case here. Very dissatisfied with the way things have been handled.
