We had an offer to get the boiler replaced. It was about 2100 euros. We wanted to have it move up a bit (about 3 meters in extra pipe). Over the phone this would be no problem and would cost about 3 hours extra and some materials. Great, sounds easy enough. My mistake was for not having a professional over who would inspect the location and give a price based on the relocating of the boiler. Long story short, 10 (!) extra hours are calculated, and distances over calculated (more than they had used). Now we were stuck with a bill of nearly 4370 euros!!! The best part was that the boiler did not function, and they could not solve it even with remote support from Remeha. Remeha showed up the same evening and frowned upon the installation. After reconnecting a plug, the boiler worked, and the technician was out within 5 minutes. The next day, we had a leak that damaged the ceiling. Had to fix it myself, and nothing was asked about the damage. After emailing several times (responses were non-existent) Eventually, I received a phone call to discuss the matter. It was almost laughed over, and the conclusion was that I was being dramatic over the bill, and that was it. Do not do business with this company at any cost! Edit: When you are shown a bill on the spot, you pay. This is a very clever technique. There are other reviews where this company tells one thing and does another with crazy higher costs involved. 2385 plus 331 is nowhere near the astronomical amount it has cost to move this boiler a little and is frankly ridiculous at 4370 euro. When on the phone, I was told it would take about three hours, and being called a liar now is just the icing on the cake.

I never used this service. Awaiting Google to delete this review to ensure ratings and reviews match. Mixed it up with another company of the same name (there are many!).
