Update 26-Mar-2026 After initial stable operation until late December, the system experienced multiple failures (including repeated lockouts and flow-related issues), which made heating unreliable during peak winter. Following intervention by DGG, a technical modification (AVDO) was installed. While the system is now operational, subsequent monitoring indicates that performance and efficiency may not be as expected. The installer has proposed further modification (parallel buffer), currently at additional cost. As there is a disagreement regarding the cause and responsibility, the matter is currently under independent technical and legal review. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- WeHeat Sparrow heat pump — initial issues, later resolved I approached DGG with a Blackbird quote and expected them to suggest the Sparrow as a better fit for my home. They didn’t, so I chose it myself — and it performs excellently (COP 4.2 at -6 °C). Initially, issues: unclear quote, no thermostat delivered, and unfinished boiler removal. No response for months. Update: After my review and calls with Jeroen, DGG installed a thermostat free of charge and completed the work. System now runs flawlessly. Room for improvement: no emergency contact during weekends/holidays. Conclusion: Heat pump is great, DGG eventually took responsibility, but proactive advice and accessibility could improve.

We recently had an Easee charging station installed by De Groene Generatie. We were looking for a smart charging solution that would automatically charge when our solar panels were overcapacity. De Groene Generatie recommended the Easee charging station and provided a clear, detailed explanation of how it would integrate with our existing solar panel system. The installer was truly fantastic: he installed everything perfectly and very neatly in the pouring rain. The end result looks fantastic. After installation, the smart features in the app weren't working properly. De Groene Generatie actively collaborated and suggested the issue was likely a car issue. After an update at the garage, everything worked as intended right away. In short: fantastic service, dedicated staff, and a perfectly installed charging station. Hats off and a huge thank you!

I'm extremely satisfied with the installation of our two air conditioners and outdoor units. It all started early in the morning, and everyone arrived at the agreed-upon time. Everyone knew what to do, and it was a well-trained team. The entire planning process between the electrician, roofer, and installers was excellent, and all the preparations (relocating solar panels to accommodate the outdoor units, installing roof penetrations, drilling holes, and installing the power supply) were completed in no time. The work was very neat (they even cleaned and vacuumed afterward). The men were highly skilled and super friendly. In short, highly recommended, and you really get your money's worth. Hats off to everyone at De Groene Generatie!

The Green Generation team installed a great charging station for me, a Zaptec Go 2. They're a friendly team dedicated to delivering excellent work at a competitive price. I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with this company, from the initial quote to the installation.
