We chose Bouwservice Noordholland bv to install 2 skylights in the attic. A pleasant contractor. Quick contact and response. Clear communication. They also came by beforehand to check if all our wishes had been properly communicated and to ask if we had everything complete. This is greatly appreciated. The final execution was also very neat and professionally installed. The contact with the tradesmen was also very pleasant.

In the spring of 2021, we had an extra floor added and a new rear facade installed by Bouwservice Noordholland. Due to a lack of space, we decided to explore the possibility of adding another floor. We had absolutely no idea about the lead-up to this project or its scope (drawings, permits, etc.). We contacted this company and, from day one, unsolicited help from contractor Ruben Valentyn. After obtaining the environmental permit, we finally decided to work with them and haven't regretted it for a second. They are meticulous in their planning, and if anything changes, they immediately inform you with the new plan. They offer plenty of room for your own input and are proactive in their thinking. The carpenters from this company did an excellent job and were very accessible during the project. Even well after the renovation, they were easy to contact if there were any defects or problems, and they were resolved very quickly! I am a satisfied customer and will definitely recommend them to others!

Bouwservice Noordholland did a fantastic job with our attic conversion! All our requests, including the installation of a large skylight, loft conversion, and wall with a door, were fulfilled quickly and efficiently, and the result is beautiful: a room with plenty of light. During the preliminary survey, we received professional advice on the best approach, followed by a quick quote and schedule, which Bouwservice NH adhered to meticulously. We found the staff to be extremely professional, helpful, and friendly during the construction work. They worked quickly and professionally and collaborated with us to ensure our finishing wishes were as beautiful as possible, for which we are very grateful. All in all, we had a very pleasant experience with the renovation; Bouwservice NH delivers high quality and extensive experience. In short, highly recommended by a very satisfied customer!

Bouwservice Noordholland took care of the renovation of our house and the exterior painting of our wooden house. Compliments to the Bouwservice team; they replaced lintels in the front facades of two old buildings, requiring the demolition and reconstruction of their balconies. Communication with the VVE board, the associated companies, the structural engineer, and the residents of the buildings in question was excellent; the work was meticulous and consistently well-coordinated, and the price-quality ratio was excellent. Wij hebben een praktijk aan huis waardoor langdurig geluidsoverlast op werkdagen tijdens kantooruren voor ons niet wenselijk is. De Goudse Bouwcombinatie stelde voor de werkzaamheden op Zaterdagen uit te komen voeren en om de snelheid er in te houden de uitbouw prefab in hun werkplaats te maken. Deze oplossing en de transparante offerte heeft ons besloten met De Goudse Bouwcombinatie in zee te gaan en geen moment spijt van gehad.

Na initieel goed contact en goede start van het project zijn ze nooit meer gekomen om de klus af te maken. Telefonisch en via e-mail ook niet meer te bereiken. Dus zit ik nu met een half afgemaakte klus en het probleem dat geen aannemer dit wil afronden. Kortom niet aan beginnen met dit bedrijf.
