I needed unusually shaped glass for the windows on the boat. They made molds for this, and they were neatly cut from the desired glass. I'll need more glass later this year, and I'll definitely have them make it again. Very satisfied with the service and the price.

What an incredibly unprofessional company, I'll never do business with them. We've been waiting almost a year for the right window. A broken window is measured, the wrong measurement is taken, and then a new one is taken. Everyone comes by without an appointment, assuming someone will be there. The window is delivered, unfortunately, with a crooked slat. OK, then another window. That one is delivered without an appointment, the day after Christmas, on December 27th, where I painfully moved the Christmas tree for them. A new window is installed, and guess what, the slats are too wide. Now we've been waiting four months for a new one, but we still get a bill? What do you mean, idiots? Fix it first. Yes, but according to the people who installed the window, it wasn't clean. Well, the day after Christmas, I don't know what they expect. They should first make sure everything is taken care of because this is truly awful, and otherwise, they can expect a lawyer.

What an incredibly unreliable company. They were supposed to install a window between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., but no one showed up. When I called, they said they'd already been there. We were both home, the radio wasn't on, and there was a clear doorbell, but no one called. Normally, they'd leave a note in the mailbox. But... they'd run out of notes??? We also provided a phone number, but they didn't call. I gave them the chance to fix it today. But that's not possible. They could reschedule the appointment, and we'd have to wait at home for another day. When I insisted on speaking to a manager, their response was, "That's not how we work." Well, I'll definitely never work with Glaswacht again.
