We viewed a house in Drammster Compagnie, on the Alde Wei. It was during an open house. We had good contact with the current owners. We left our number and contact information upon arrival in case we could receive offers later. A few days later, we received a call from the flexible real estate agent. They asked if we were interested in the house. And we certainly were! The only reason was the necessary renovations that would need to be done. We wanted to make an offer of 25,000 below the asking price. The agent then also said that there was little chance we would be awarded the house due to the low offer. And unfortunately, the house didn't pan out, and we haven't heard anything since. A while later, I received a call from the current owner of the house and was curious if we had made an offer on the house and how much it was. This woman still had our phone number from the information we had entered upon arrival. So, she told us the whole story, along with our offer. Unfortunately, it turned out that the real estate agent in question hadn't passed this offer on to them, and if they had known, we would have been promised the house. All in all, a very unpleasant experience. As a buyer, I'll be wary of this company.
