We are very happy with the result of David's work at our house. David insulated the roof. At the beginning, we discussed several options and got a very good consultation to fit our requirements of a natural and well isolated house into the technical limitations of an older building. The insulated is professional done and already saves us quite some money on the energy bill. We also appreciate that David gave us several recommendations on how to best improve our house in other areas.

Definetly a 100% recommendation! DaVinci Bouw did the complete renovation of my complete upper floor. Taking out the old parts and make new floor, new walls, electricity, light spots and all the paintwork. From the first contact till finishing the work, David always keeps you up to date. Costs are tracked regularly and transparent. He discusses ideas openly and brings in his wide experience as well that at the end lead to a better result than expected. Look at the nice walk in closet which was not planned in the beginning but the idea came while doing the other work and now the result is outstanding and I am happy to have it. He prioritizes always the best quality outcome over just a quick completion of the job, to have most lasting happiness with the result. It’s a pleasure having such reliable partner for any kind construction works.

We are very happy with David's work and the new fencing for our roof terrace. What was particularly nice was that David was very considerate of our budget and was willing to tackle certain jobs together with us. This saved us labor and allowed us to practically benefit from his years of experience. He's a versatile person, so after the roof terrace, he was able to immediately help us plan the next steps for our bedroom. He's also very pleasant to work with; someone you would definitely trust with your house keys. As others have mentioned, pay attention to the actual labor costs. The initial costs are primarily for materials. It must be said, however, that I've rarely received such clear and transparent invoices as David's. That's a huge plus.
