Both before and during the viewing, the real estate agent made promises they couldn't keep. That in itself is bad. We were supposed to receive a call, but despite our attempts to contact the agent (including leaving voicemails several times asking for a call back), no response. We had to find out through their website that the property was suddenly "under option." We then received a rejection email referring us to another house they rented out. The rent for that house was almost double the price of the house in question! Our response to that email, expressing our dissatisfaction, has gone unanswered. It's simply unprofessional and rude to treat people this way and then be unwilling to communicate about it. Disgusting!
