Great experience, from our first contact to the finish. All employees I was in touch with either via phone or in person were very friendly and polite. The work was done quickly and according to our prior agreements. The result of their work is worth the price (and still half the costs of some other companies we compared with). During the renovation of our house we had to deal with many companies and Daniels Traprenovatie is definitely one of the most professional ones we encountered.

Fantastic! From the very beginning, we had excellent communication and personalized advice from Marc, a true expert in his field. After that, a date was scheduled through close consultation. Our renovation went more smoothly than expected, so Daniels asked if the stairs could be installed sooner, and they were very accommodating. The Planning Department also deserves a huge compliment. And then there's the installer; another extremely friendly professional who exceeded our expectations regarding the stairs. We are thrilled with the result. We had Daniëls carpet the closed staircase to the first floor and the open staircase to the attic. We also had lighting installed in the closed staircase. Both the quote and the installation went perfectly. The staff arrived at 7:30 am and were exceptionally friendly and tidy. They cleaned up everything, even the sawdust on the driveway. We are 100% satisfied with how everything went and how perfect our stairs now look. In a word, fantastic. Hats off to Daniëls, a fantastic company, and we highly recommend them to everyone.

A fantastic experience! Daniels is an excellent company with excellent customer focus and a personal touch. The intake appointment process was very pleasant, and the phone call was very friendly and accommodating. In the week of the phone appointment, a brochure from Daniels arrived with the products and a handwritten note regarding the appointment with consultant Paul! The appointment was punctual, and a pleasant conversation followed about the details. We still had to confirm a painter (who also did a great job), and with the uncertainty surrounding those activities, Daniels politely followed up by calling back four weeks apart to check if the date was already set (no pressure, just friendly). After confirming the date – two days of installation – the men Dion and Roy, two top-notch! Pleasant, knowledgeable, and satisfied with a cup of coffee and a cookie. Delivery according to plan. All in all, a fantastic experience, definitely recommended. Thanks to the Daniels team for the fantastic delivery.
