the broker was inexperienced and uncommunicative throughout the whole process of selling. they don't care about getting the best deal for me or putting in any extra effort to ensure a successful sale. it was very disappointing. the agency has a good name but working with my broker was a big displeasure. not recommended.

double 0. You are not considered, they are snob like hell. When they can't sell they call you back for an appointment and surprise!! It is an open house appointment with 25 people, when you call to get some infos, they tell you they call back and.... of course NOT... Are they really serious?? NO. GO AWAY from these uncapable people!

Yeah Extremely unhappy with their service I missed a property thanks to slow banks but also due to incompetence on the side of the broker

I followed their financial advice to reduce my mortgage payments and I now pay more than I did and can't change that. Bizarre and upsetting.
