What an unreliable company. I wanted a quote for gutter cleaning, but they wanted to take a look at the site first. What already feels very unreliable is that they don't ring your doorbell, but immediately climb onto your roof with ladders. Then they ring your doorbell with the "problems" they've found. They agree on a price with you on the spot. I didn't think everything was necessary and agreed on a price. Later, I received the invoice, which was 30% more expensive. A whole argument ensued. Fortunately, the price conversation was recorded on my Ring doorbell camera. Never again with this company.
