They came by in March for a quote for replacing a bitumen roof. I never received one. I contacted them multiple times, but they didn't speak professionally, and they never called or emailed back when they said they would. All in all, a worthless company, not recommended.

From the initial inspection appointment to the prompt quote, Daktec did an excellent job. They provided a quick and clear quote. Daktec also took the hassle out of repairing leaks in the wooden roof panels, including them in their repair work.

After several unpleasant experiences with companies like Verkoelen Dak Specialists, I finally contacted Dactec. What a relief! They were incredibly friendly and were able to schedule an appointment quickly. They worked hard, and by the end of the afternoon, three dormers had been re-roofed. Nothing but praise!
