They came by in June after a massive leak in the attic and physically inspected the dormer roof for a quote. They were friendly and knowledgeable. All my subsequent email questions were answered promptly and efficiently. I requested four out of five quotes and ultimately chose Tolk because of their comprehensive quote, price, and pleasant, fast communication. In early July, they completely renovated the roof. They took photos and video of the damage and documented every step of the repair process. I received a report afterward. The inspection was completed the very next day, thanks to heavy rain, and the attic stayed dry! Excellent work!
