First class company. They came early in the morning and place the dormer window in 3.5 hours. They left the workspace clean and tidy. Good isolation. No leakage until now.

Top-notch service and tight scheduling! I had a dormer installed by DakkapelDirect today, and I'm incredibly satisfied. The service was very friendly from the very first contact, and the price-quality ratio is excellent. What really made the difference for us was that they did everything they could to install the dormer on time, ensuring the rest of our renovation wasn't delayed. True craftsmanship and a company that thinks along with the customer. Highly recommended!

In a word, fantastic! Bert kept us extremely well-informed and provided a quote. After we accepted the quote, we always stayed in good contact. Today, September 2025, the men arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time, despite it being over an hour's drive. They were professional and took the time to chat and explain everything. The work was done quickly and efficiently, 7:30 AM/2:00 PM! Thanks, Bert and the men!!

I requested a free, no-obligation quote, and the owner/sales advisor came to my home to measure and discuss my needs and options. After receiving the quote and visiting DakkapelDirect's location, I decided to have a dormer installed. No-nonsense contact and an immediate date (8 weeks). On the day of the installation, I received excellent service from the two dedicated workers who installed it. They were very polite and clear. They consulted with me whenever necessary, and it was installed as discussed. In just 5 hours, I have a beautiful new space. So far, I'm very satisfied with both the service and the product itself.
