I was asked to install an air conditioning system at my home. An outdoor unit and three indoor units. Drawing up the quote went quite quickly and was very friendly. I was supposed to receive the quote a week later. Two weeks later: nothing. After three weeks, I sent a WhatsApp message; the reply: corona, I'm sick, things are running behind. Fine, that can happen. I was supposed to receive the quote within two weeks after that. I never heard or received anything again. Very frustrating, since the promise was to install it by the end of March. Now we are in a hot period, and we are waiting for other companies to have time. I was referred by someone who had worked with Patrick, but she also recognizes the excuses being made up. My advice: don't bother with this and look for a reliable company that keeps its promises and can communicate.
