No, I wasn't very satisfied. I had a small order with a lot of sawing, perhaps that's where the reluctance came from. But firstly, I was missing part of the order, so I ended up with scrap pieces. I'm making furniture for the home, so black sides aren't ideal. Secondly, there was a lot of damage to the plank. There was still space in each plank, so why include that piece? The woman had politely pointed out that the saw wasn't very accurate. However, judging by the cut, the saw is very blunt. This resulted in frayed areas at the bottom of the wood, which have damaged about 2 cm. Three planks have holes from fallen knots. Two still need to be cut to length, so I can work with it. The third allows streaks to be seen inside. There was some leeway to cut to length, but one plank is almost a centimeter shorter than the rest. I don't think a saw is that inaccurate. You can see that when you put it on the stack. Two planks have a very clear color difference, not because of the wood itself, but because part of the plank has grayed and a sharp stripe is visible across the width of the plank. I thought about returning it today, but it already felt like too much trouble during the ordering and pickup process, so I don't feel like it right now. Unfortunately, the woodshed was out of stock, so I ended up here, but I can recommend the woodshed in Heeze to everyone. Better service and friendly advice. They also think along with you. So why two stars and not one? The price is good. If you're getting whole planks for a big job, it's probably fine. And I learned something from it too. Choose your own wood, don't be overwhelmed. And go to a company with a real sawing service. Regular Hornbach and Hubo have also helped me with nice furniture before and are often friendly, helpful, and can saw a piece better. Addition to the comment: Thank you for your reply. You're under the impression I didn't return the item. I did return to let them know I was missing part of my order. So, not just the leftover pieces, but actually part of the sawing I ordered. Then I received the scrap pieces in their place. You confirmed what I said in my review: that it wasn't accurate. I said it wasn't a problem that there was a lot of play, but that it had to fit in the car naturally meant I could always saw off some of it. You'll recognize this from hairdressers; cutting it is unfortunately much more difficult. I also expected you to have a sharper saw, and that it might be a bit angled, but not that the front would be so damaged. Anyway, the photos are included, so people can judge for themselves whether it's good enough for the project. In any case, it's very clear: I immediately inquired and felt fobbed off and not taken seriously in the response. I'm sorry, but I decided to buy the missing wood elsewhere and quickly leave. That's why I wouldn't recommend you to anyone who's just starting out. I felt really bad about it and think it's a waste. I might have only just seen the damage at home, but it was a small job and every plank was sawn, so it's exactly as shown in the photos you provided. Did you miss all of it? Otherwise, it would have been handled properly. I won't be driving back for it.
