I visited the office today regarding an appointment. Upon arrival, no one was there. I eventually spoke to a technician from Koeltechniek, who then called and texted his colleague. We were supposed to be called back for another visit in the afternoon. Well, I haven't heard anything since. Apparently, business is so good that they can handle customers this way. We won't be back in any case. July 2nd: Thank you for your response. We had made an appointment last week for last Friday at 11:00 AM, as we're only here on weekends. We were also supposed to be called back last Friday afternoon, which didn't happen. Therefore, you don't need to contact us anymore, as we'll be ordering the air conditioning elsewhere.

EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE! Our 3-year-old commercial refrigerator broke down; the DI technician came. He replaced a part and had to order a compressor. After waiting 6 weeks for the part, the appliance worked for half a day. The repair costs were almost €650, while a new refrigerator costs €568. We were then told we'd have to have it repaired again, but also that we had a poor brand and would be better off buying a new one. If we went to DI Koeltechniek, we would get a discount on the repair. We didn't agree to that. After a formal notice of default, we were offered 100% credit if we ordered a new one from DI. However, it cost over €1100. Okay, we went ahead with it anyway. However, we hadn't noticed from the small WhatsApp photo that DI had offered a different type of refrigerator (it wouldn't fit in the kitchen), even though the technician had been there four times and knew exactly what we needed. The wrong cooler was delivered during the holidays, so it sat in our hallway for three weeks. Because we hadn't yet agreed to the additional cost of a technician (even though that was understandable, as they'd already been there four times), we decided to install it ourselves after the holidays. Only when we unpacked the box did we realize they'd delivered the wrong cooler. "Unfortunately, you ordered this one. You unpacked it, so you have to pay for it." The packaging was still there, so we could easily repack it, return it, and exchange it, but DI refused. A new notice of default was followed by the response that "we ordered this one and have to pay for it." DI even refused a proposal that they could simply order it from GGM Gastro for €586 and we would pay the €1100 invoice. After two weeks, the response to the second notice of default was that we simply had to pay and that the partnership would be terminated because we had insulted the director and "threatened" him with a lawyer by phone if no response was received. We have since ordered a new refrigerator from GGM and paid DI's invoice to end the hassle. So, no business with them. It's particularly disappointing that DI has left our restaurant without refrigeration for four months now. Thanks to restaurant Johannes Kok for lending us your spare refrigerator.

Very friendly staff. This is the kind of company where you're helped quickly and pleasantly even over the phone. Appointment was made on very short notice, and the defect was resolved quickly and expertly. And all for a fair price.
