For emergencies, call the following 06 number. A customer, but no service contract? Go to hell. Next boiler somewhere else, and the one at family's too. It used to be a good place.

We had a problem with the built-in unit of our toilet. Essentially, the flush button for the small flush was broken. The other button still worked. I had chosen Schoots as a well-known and reputable name in the Tiel region. It took quite some time before a technician was dispatched. The technician spent 1.5 hours dismantling the old unit, retrieving a new one from the warehouse, and installing it. The technician left stating that the job was done. A check, unfortunately after the technician had left, revealed that none of the buttons were working anymore. As a result, the toilet had become unusable. A phone call that same evening, just before a long weekend, resulted in a second technician arriving the following Tuesday. Within 15 minutes, he determined that the wrong unit had been installed and that the correct one had to be ordered. Fortunately, he was able to provide a temporary solution so that the toilet could be used. It took almost 4 weeks before the part was installed. The technician needed approximately 20 minutes to remove the incorrect part and install the new one. This time, a check was performed immediately, and everything worked correctly. Then the bill arrived. Schoots charged 2 labor costs at 67 EUR/hour excluding VAT, including the cost of the part. I protested against this, because the work performed by the first technician was substandard. Schoots was unresponsive to this and refused to admit they were at fault. After an intense, factual discussion, Schoots reluctantly agreed to accept 1 hour of labor, without even acknowledging that they had made a mistake. In short, 2 stars for Schoots. The work was ultimately done neatly and correctly. Mistakes can happen, but admit it and don't make your customer pay for it!

A very positive experience. Quick response from the quote to the installation of our new boiler. They honored all agreements. Excellent value for money. Our boiler has been installed for a few days now and is working flawlessly. Very satisfied, highly recommended!
