My first experience with CVT was that they are a Super professional and prompt service. A company that thinks together with you, friendly and good advice. Then I realized this was thanks to the sales person I was dealing with, it was certainly not representative of CVT. My kitchen was delivered and I paid for the installation. Upon delivery the dishwasher was damaged, a cupboard was damaged, and I was told the marble counter tops would be delivered 2-3 weeks later. After experiencing my kitchen for the next 2 weeks, the refrigerator door almost came loose because the screws were not put in correctly, moisture was coming inside forming ice, due to incorrect placement of the door, few of the kitchen cupboards are not aligned - so there are big and uneven spacing between them and others are places crooked, after calling with customer service 4/5 times I was told they could only come to fix everything g Aug 23rd! Nothing was possible before.. and that my marble counter tops would also be delivered on this day… this is 2,5 month after the delivery of my kitchen. I have called with the showroom manager - x2 and he said the best he could so was send an email to customer service! Oh and my original sales rep is no available because he has fallen ill. The absolute worst service I have ever had in my life. No responsibility taken or ownership over improper , sloppy kitchen installation. They have inexperienced carpenters who do sloppy work, and CVT who is supposed to deliver a kitchen on time / in full - give you a 2 month wait to fix their own mistakes. Unbelievable. I certainly would not recommend anyone to use CVT if you expect a high quality experience and good kitchen installation.

Great customer service. We felt welcome at the store from the start. Sam was very professional, friendly and honest in his advice. He didn't push us to spend more money just to get a good commission himself. Rather, he walked us through the benefits and drawbacks of each of the choices we were making. Exceptional experience!

We were initially very enthusiastic. Finally, a saleswoman (Wendy) who genuinely thought along with us and took the time to establish the foundation (the design) properly. She gave us good advice on color, appliances, and layout. It took a bit of trial and error, but she eventually designed our dream kitchen. However, we had several specific requests, and none of them would be a problem. The order confirmation included a few things that weren't as agreed, and we immediately pointed this out in the store and confirmed it by email. Everything would be fine, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case during installation. The delivery went smoothly, and the installation itself went very well. Two fitters (Willem-Jan and Ben) knew what they were doing, took us seriously, and installed the kitchen very neatly. Team leader Melvin also took us seriously. They get 5 stars from us! There are still a few issues that need to be addressed by the sales team, and we're waiting for feedback from the saleswoman so we can discuss them with us. 3 stars for now, but if everything is resolved satisfactorily, that will increase to 5. Because honestly, we are incredibly happy with the design, the quality of the kitchen, and the installation. Updated to 5 stars. CVT really contributed to the solution. Very pleasant and with personal attention!

The purchase discussions for a new kitchen at CVT went well, and we ordered our new kitchen there. Unfortunately, it turns out that a pleasant purchase discussion doesn't necessarily mean a perfect finish if something goes wrong with the kitchen's delivery. It started with eight missing adjustable feet. The installers took quick action (they even started at 7:00 AM), and the feet arrived mid-morning. Later that day, it turned out that a cabinet had been delivered incorrectly. Afterwards, there were a few more errors/missing parts, and a promise that was inaccurate. I'll spare you the whole story. The company can be contacted through customer service. They do a good job for the company, but not so much for the customer. Contact with sales also didn't yield the desired results. Words express sympathy, but actions don't. Mistakes made by the company should be addressed through the "normal" ordering process. A few items were paid for, but subsequently unused or used to correct a mistake elsewhere. Refunds were requested. Nothing. They couldn't even offer a pep talk for the mistakes that were made. The kitchen was installed on October 8th. The last adjustment was made on February 11th, and it wasn't quite to my liking. Speed ​​was more important than a good finish. I got fed up and abandoned it, albeit reluctantly.
