Arnold was incredible. He came promptly on short notice, and fixed everything in the span of 5 minutes. He was incredibly friendly, competent, professional and I definitely recommend!

Horrible experience...made an appointment..confirmed the day and time. Waiteted for 3 hours ..noone came. After calling the company..they lied that they visited me but there was noone. After i disagreed they tried ti convince me it was an other day. Hang the phone after a said that i have proofs that it is not true. So....do not waste your time on this liers.........

I am very satisfied with this company, and here is why: they keep their promises, are friendly, and above all, the mechanic, who is also from Brabant, is skilled, very friendly, and knows what he is doing. It was a disaster for me, but he fixed it. He deserves a raise as far as I'm concerned. Regards, Guus, a satisfied customer.

What a fantastic company; it was a unique experience when Arnold came to help me with a hot water problem. When Arnold arrived at my home, well within the promised two hours (a Saturday evening, I called around 7:00 PM!), and I briefly told my story (my son with multiple disabilities, just home from vacation, was ready to shower, and the water remained cold...!), it turned out that CV Monteur's company philosophy is to provide quick assistance in cases involving a housemate with a disability. They know from experience in their own circle that people with disabilities cannot cope well with suddenly changed situations, and certainly not with a cold shower! Incredible, and how incredibly wonderful. Many readers of this review may be familiar with a situation where it was difficult to explain that, unfortunately, there was no hot water. My evening was made; I had a wonderful conversation with Arnold, who also solved the problem quickly. Hats off to Arnold and his colleagues. I now know that I can always rely on them; their phone number is on a nice sticker on the central heating system. My gratitude is immense, and my appreciation no less.
