Two weeks ago, I made an appointment with Cotedi for maintenance on our Vaillant boiler. He was supposed to arrive just after 1:30 PM today. I drove from Naarden back to Malden (near Nijmegen) specifically for this appointment that afternoon. When Mark hadn't arrived just before 3 PM, I texted him. I got a message back that a colleague had just called in sick. Not very credible, of course, but possible. But still: why not call yourself if you have an appointment around 1:30 PM? Besides, I had an appointment with Mark himself, not a colleague. I didn't even know he worked with a colleague. He then texted me saying he'd let me know, but I didn't receive a message for the rest of the afternoon. I took the whole afternoon off for this appointment and drove home specifically for it. Absolutely antisocial! So, it's best not to do business with these kinds of companies! Worthless and disrespectful!

Great guy! He quickly finished the boiler, and when the problem still wasn't resolved, he came back to check it and try other things besides the boiler, which he didn't have to bother with. Plus, it's super affordable, so highly recommended!

Mark is fantastic and fixed our leaking underfloor heating valve for a great price. I'll call him again next time something breaks!

Several times when I have had a problem with my central heating installation, they have been friendly and help you until a solution has been found, even though the installation was some time ago. Everything else works neatly and properly. Definitely recommended.
