Yesterday, we had an air conditioner installed by Richard. He arrived exactly on time and explained perfectly how and where he was going to install everything, taking our wishes into account. Everything was beautifully finished and neatly tidied up, and he explained clearly how the air conditioner works. He even crawled under the floorboards to neatly conceal the power cord (luckily, we didn't encounter any rats, hahaha). He was even willing to take a look at a small shower problem we had, and yes, he solved that too. In short: I would recommend Richard to everyone; he's a truly top-notch professional and a pleasant person to boot.
