Initially, we were very satisfied with the beautiful kitchen, and they listened carefully to our wishes. However, after the kitchen was installed, problems arose. It started with a poorly connected drain, resulting in a flooded kitchen after a heavy rain. We even called a plumber to fix it ourselves. Then, the problems started with a Pelgrim dishwasher. It didn't clean at all, and the glasses came out dirty. We tried several times to schedule an appointment with Pelgrim, but this proved difficult because they couldn't tell us what time of day they would arrive. After consulting with Concordia Kitchen & Bath Meppel, we ordered a Bosch dishwasher, paying an additional €500. It cleans perfectly. Then, the Pelgrim fridge-freezer started malfunctioning. It wouldn't freeze, and the ice came out thawed. We've had a technician come out twice now, but the problem hasn't been resolved. After contacting Concordia Kitchen & Bath Meppel, we were told to contact Pelgrim and possibly choose a different Pelgrim Group fridge-freezer... well, never mind, no more Pelgrim for us, even though we still have a few years of warranty (no idea why), so we decided to buy a Siemens fridge-freezer. No more Pelgrim for us, and no more Concordia either. We expected more.
