Fair market prices Coldtec but if you're gonna ask them make sure you're quick with the quote! You waited too long and this potential customer found a better deal.

Tijdens de volledige renovatie van onze woning heeft Coldtec verschillende installaties ter verduurzaming gerealiseerd: een full-electric warmtepomp, airco’s in zes ruimtes, en een WTW-installatie. De verbouwing was een ingewikkelde puzzel, maar Coldtec heeft van planning tot oplevering een topprestatie geleverd! Zo had ik zelf niet bedacht om in de woning deels airco toe te passen voor zowel koelen als verwarmen (en niet alleen vloerverwarming), en ben ik nu ontzettend blij met die keuze. Ook hebben ze onderweg actief meegedacht en geadviseerd, waardoor er tijdens de realisatie nog optimalisaties zijn doorgevoerd. Het installatiewerk is van topkwaliteit, en het was een zeer prettige ervaring om te werken met de vaste voorman Mark en zijn collega’s. Kortom, als je op zoek bent naar een goede, betrouwbare partner voor verduurzaming, kan ik Coldtec van harte aanbevelen!

After meeting with a consultant, we explored the options and received a good quote for the installation of two split units in the bedroom and attic. We chose Mitsubishi Electric, which, after our own research, is considered one of the better air conditioners on the market. We then selected a date for the work. The consultant carefully considered the best positions for the indoor and outdoor units and came up with good solutions. The bedroom was a breeze, as it's above the ground-floor extension. The outdoor unit could be installed there, suspended from the facade so it rises above the solar panels. The attic required considerable planning, as we have a gabled roof with solar panels and a dormer window. We decided to place the outdoor unit on the dormer window and have the exhaust vent exit from inside under a solar panel. The installation of the indoor units was also carried out exceptionally well, as agreed upon in the consultant's consultation. The installers were courteous and attentive to detail, and they even cleaned up the mess. We are very pleased with the result and look forward to the warm summer months with cooling.
