Great service + delicious coffee! We have a beautiful Coffeeclick machine in our office building, which we use with several other businesses. The machine has large reservoirs, so we don't have to refill it constantly. The coffees and cappuccinos all taste delicious. And if something goes wrong once a year, they're there in no time to fix it.

Misleading contract and expensive coffee We feel misled by CoffeeClick. We signed a 54-month contract. There was supposed to be a 12-month notice period, but it was completely unclear by what date the cancellation was required. Since we didn't know this, CoffeeClick claims we let the notice period expire and are therefore tacitly bound to a 27-month extension. This is despite the fact that the contract contains only one sentence about tacit renewal. That sentence is hidden among comments about cleaning tablets, and it refers to an article in the terms and conditions that has nothing to do with tacit renewal. Moreover, the coffee is delicious, but has become very expensive due to all sorts of indexations and price increases. So, don't do it!
