The CM-services team carried out a complete facade renovation on our over 100-year-old house in November and December 2025. They replaced all the joints, repaired cracks with anchors, steam-cleaned, blasted, and finally sealed the facade. We are very pleased with the result. Communication was always positive, and their input was appreciated (changing the timeline or adding to weekly tasks) and was acted upon immediately. The hired personnel were professionals. This team is highly recommended for this work.

My facade was in poor condition. Cracks in my lintel, rust in the reinforcement, and the mortar joints partially cracked due to moisture. CM-Service BV received positive reviews. I contacted CM-Service BV through their website and received excellent answers to my questions the very next day. After making an appointment, the work began quite quickly. The work consisted of restoring/repairing the lintel, removing rust from the reinforcement, cleaning/impregnating the facade, and repairing the mortar joints. All work was carried out professionally to my complete satisfaction. All this for a reasonable price. Communication was also excellent throughout the project. CM Service did a fantastic job for our homeowners' association! We received a quote quickly and professionally, and our facade anchors were repaired and completed very quickly. We are very happy with their expertise. Because scaffolding was already in place because the roof was being replaced, the men had to work together, and that went so well and smoothly. I think everyone has experienced this differently these days. We say it's fantastic and are also very pleased with the quick response and polite return phone calls.
