If I could, I'd give zero stars. It started with them hanging the arco in the wrong place in the house, so I couldn't get it cooled properly. Then they came back to reinstall the arco, and I had ballpoint pen on my new bahang. That happened when they were marking out the worksheets. I also had to saw off those overly long rubber beams under the outdoor unit myself. After that, the indoor unit started leaking water twice, and once all the coolant leaked through the outdoor unit...and Richard is almost impossible to reach by phone.

Richard and Robbert are very helpful, and the total installation costs weren't even higher than buying the air conditioners online and having them installed. Aftercare was also excellent.
