I called to make an appointment for today or tomorrow, because our window got broken and we need to replace a new one the soonest. However CK Kozijnen kept asking several times agressively on "why" we need a quick appointment and again "why" we can not wait. I would expect not to be constantly asked "why" but a solutions to be provided from a professional company.

Frames are of good quality but installation isn't at the level you can expect for the price you pay. I have had several leakage in my roof and had to insulate windows that were not air tight around the frames...

Last month, we had uPVC window frames with HR++ glass installed by CK Kozijnen. The ground and top floors, front and back doors, are all in anthracite with matching window sills and weatherboarding. It looks fantastic and is also comfortable and energy-efficient, which we noticed immediately! Special thanks to the men from CK who worked for us: Chris, Paul, and Ricky (a.k.a. Roderick), who did a fantastic job. With a house built in 1959, there were some challenges and we had special requests, but everything was installed with craftsmanship. Moreover, they are hard workers who work neatly and carefully, and just plain nice people. Thanks guys! Yesterday, the handover took place and we checked everything together. Excellent service. We highly recommend this company!

From requesting a quote to installation, we received excellent support. Scheduling appointments was easy, and they were always honored. The installation was carried out by friendly and knowledgeable staff. Everything, both inside and out, was neatly finished and left tidy. They checked everything over with me, and advice and explanations were provided where necessary. I highly recommend CK Kozijnen to everyone. You can tell from the company's extensive experience and expertise. The materials used are also of good quality, which enhances the overall finish.
