City Estate provided very professional and timely services. I found my accommodation in Tilburg through City Estate and truly enjoyed the hospitality and prompt support. Everything was handled efficiently, making my stay smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend their services.

I had an excellent experience with them. They were always attentive to my requests, highly responsive, and ensured everything was well taken care of, I had two different issues during my stay and they took care of them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable property management!

Horrible company, we rented a place from them with 6 others. They tried to terminate our contract short notice, not respecting the legal term that is required (3 months). They take everybodies deposits (borg) without reason or inspecting the house upon leaving. This happened to the renter before me as well (!) and the next guy moving in has already paid his deposit. The worst thing is they are going to evict people that are on holiday and when they return they no longer have a house.

scammer! In the beginning they are nice and make you feel good about everything but with the time you see that nothing in this company is rightfully. We got the apartment in a horrendous state. Everything was dirty, broken and disgusting. (Dead mice behind the sofa!!, moldy bathroom, furniture in a bad state,…) We had to call a lot of times until finally someone was able to help us at least a little bit and then they didn’t even show some empathy. On top of that they were super unfriendly after we told them about the conditions in which we got the apartment. This company is a huge mess and no one know about anything. In the end some small things they replaced but most things just stayed like that for my whole stay. They were not really a help. When I moved out I had to pay 500€ (!) for someone to take over my contract. I’m just wondering what justifies that big amount of money?? They just want to steal from you. After being moved out for a while I got a bill for the utility settlement that was over 2.000€ and it was just from the time from sept-dec. It can’t be that these few months cost that amount of money! I’m happy that I left that early so I was able to avoid more theft from this company! If there was an option to give 0 starts I would ! I don’t recommend renting here !!!!

I dealt with poor communication with Reinier from the start, from unread emails to not calling with updates and leaving things until the very last minute. A deal didn't go through because of that, and we tried to apply for the apartment again the following month, only to deal with the exact same issues again. Also, very simple questions/concerns about the apartment also couldn't be answered for me on multiple occasions — and when I was told he'd ask the landlord, an answer was never provided. Red flag! They and their client even tried to price gouge me into a property for a higher price than publicly listed.
