We chose CFMontage to have our old frames and doors at the rear of our house replaced with plastic frames, doors, windows and sliding doors in combination with HR++ glass because we were very satisfied with the installation of our new front door last year from the KOCHS brand. As then, the installation (including demolition and demolition work) was extremely fast (6 hours), professional (thanks to Mario and Bas) and tidy!! Unfortunately, I'm not as satisfied as the other reviews posted on Google. In May 2024, I had two window frames replaced. What went well: After my request, Clint came by within a few days to measure the existing frames. I quickly received a clear quote with a possible installation time. This was fast (no waiting time of several months). What didn't go so well: After installation, it turned out that the window area of ​​the new frames was up to 18% smaller than originally. The finish was downright sloppy. For example, a crack had developed in the plaster under the windowsill of one of the new frames. The screws used to secure the frames were visible when the window was open (and sometimes protruded because they were screwed in very crookedly). With one of the frames, an installation issue was resolved very sloppily, resulting in a skewed finish. What was very poor: When I brought this to the company's attention, they criticized me for not reporting it in time. I should have done that within a few days, because the manufacturer's warranty on installation had expired (?). The fact that the window surface was so different was my own fault, as I had accepted the quote for these frames. They also couldn't do anything about the fact that a crack had developed in the plaster, the screws were crooked, and the exterior was poorly finished. I won't be having CF Installation replace the next eight frames that still need replacing.
