My housing association works with this. Unfortunately. Appointments are made, but then no one shows up... Look, if you can't make it, that's fine, but just report it. That way, expectations are clear, and you won't hear from me. But I find it quite rude to just cancel. And from reading the reviews and hearing from neighbors/others about their experiences, this is always the case. People arrange time off for this kind of thing. 😅 You can't do that.

We made an appointment five times, but they never showed up! They lie to you. They say the technician is on his way when you call, but he's not, because we still have no glass. The glass broke in September 2022, and still no replacement. Don't go to this company because you won't get any glass. We called the insurance company again, and they're now looking for a company that will show up! This is truly a disgraceful company.

Besides the mess left behind—wood and paint chips everywhere, glass sealant on the doors and even the floor—I found the quality of the sealing work truly appalling. I would have preferred not to have done the sealing myself, as I can do it better myself.
