I asked Castanea to help sell two of my mixed rental properties in Bussum. Initially Bas and Ronald, helped set up a strategy how to best sell the two properties. Then Stephen was the lead for the execution. For one of them he found a new tenant, who refurbished the shop and agreed a long term lease. Subsequently Castanea found a buyer for both properties. Stephen managed both finding the tenant for the shop and later a buyer for both properties. Stephen did a very good job and he is a pleasure to work with.
