We made an appointment for a roof inspection and quote. Unfortunately, no one showed up at the agreed-upon time, and they didn't even send a cancellation notice. Fortunately, there are other companies that do honor their agreements.

Certainly good professionals, friendly, but in case of acute leakage, the company reacts slowly. It is time that these kinds of people are better appreciated and this is brought to the attention of young people. Slowness is due to staff shortages.

No show, poor communication. And then a month later, they send an email saying they can't come. Very poor!
