Expert and reliable company. They neatly repaired my balcony and a concrete edge above a window. It later turned out that some repair concrete had ended up under the awning on the concrete edge, which shouldn't have happened because of an employee who no longer works there. So when the awning was later removed, this became visible. It was neatly repaired without any problems. Good communication with the staff, and all that together is worth a lot!

In the winter of 2023/2024, we experienced significant groundwater in our downstairs bathroom for the first time in 25 years. It came up through the floor joints. After weeks of struggling with towels and a wet vacuum, we had four companies visit to assess the situation and make proposals. And what a difference in price, insights, and solutions! We ultimately chose two truly reliable companies with decades of experience: BVFrank. Frank came to inspect the water himself. He's a friendly and informal man, arrived within 10 minutes and offered a cup of coffee with an analysis, a solution, and a fixed price. A very informal way of doing business. We had to wait a while for the work to be completed due to busy times, but now that it's finished: a huge compliment to both Frank's quick analysis and his wonderfully friendly staff. It was a costly and intensive process, but finally, after all these years, everything is bone dry. TRUE professionals; I would definitely recommend this company.

The initial contact with this company was promising, but the follow-up was less so. They were supposed to come and fix the concrete rot on our balcony in September, but that date was postponed to October and then canceled altogether. It was too small a job after all. In short, the work is now becoming more difficult to carry out due to the changing weather, and we have to go back on the waiting list with another company, putting us behind schedule with our renovation.

Frank and his colleagues are always there for you, even after you've already paid the bill :) Our basement is finally dry, which is a real relief after years of trouble with various basement "specialists," who later turned out to be both expensive and incompetent. BVFrank takes a different approach: more than reasonable prices, sound advice, excellent communication, and they simply honor their agreements.
