Initial contact and design stage: Our initial contact with Bart was very pleasant, clear, and welcoming. The initial design phase and the design presentation were four weeks apart. A good timeframe and a fun and exciting time that tested our curiosity. Project realization: For us, there was a reasonable amount of time between the final design and the actual realization: +/- five months (Sept -> Jan). It helps to make clear agreements about the final start date. The first two or three days can feel quite messy and chaotic, both on our own property and for any neighbors (just let it wash over you, everything will be resolved). We mitigated this by informing our neighbor in advance that there would be a few days of disruption. The realization process was quick, professional, and detailed. Interim questions and/or feedback were addressed and handled immediately. Excellent! All very pleasant gardeners who said hello every day, and we even offered them coffee twice a day to keep things warm. Even when we called in the evening, we were treated impeccably. At the end of each day, everything was neatly tidied up, and as much cleaning as possible was done (private and public grounds). Completion of the project and handover: An appointment was made by email to hand over the project. There were a few minor issues and questions, all of which were addressed, and we even received a very nice package upon handover. (I won't go into the details). A well-deserved 5* rating, and I would highly recommend Buytengewoon to anyone.
