Very bad organization, I had very specific request for an advisor. They do not have that expertise but they aggressively try to sell a service. Advisors obviously have very little experience and just do a lot of empty talk. Just make an appointment, pay the fee and they will “figure it out”. They do not accept NO as an answer, I do not want to make an appointments with you, stop calling and sending emails. REMOVE MY DATA FROM YOUR SYSTEM!

I am having an incredibly disappointing experience. I signed for their services, expecting expert guidance and support through the process of buying a house and arranging a mortgage. Instead, they did absolutely nothing of value. The advisor read my house-buying contract and simply said, “Fine.” That’s it. I am alone with my unanswered questions! They promised to assist with necessary insurances and provide recommendations, but once they sold their service, they stopped responding entirely. So far, this feels like a complete waste of time and money.
