One of the few showrooms with greenhouses/garden rooms. Friendly staff who are happy to help without being pushy. The showroom is small and, strangely enough, located on the top floor, but the greenhouses/rooms give a good impression of the range of products, particularly from Janssens and ACD. Not only the greenhouses themselves, but also the accessories, are clearly visible in the models. They can also install the greenhouse if desired.

Extremely satisfied with Buiten-goed. I received excellent service and good advice. Ultimately, I chose Warema roller shutters. The color was difficult to see on the sample, but it turned out very well. Exactly the color I wanted. The courteous "regular" installers (yes, very important) were very professional and neatly hung, installed, and adjusted the shutters. After missing a final setting on the wall switch, they returned that same afternoon to install it. Very satisfied!

Richard was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We came in looking for an ACD greenhouse, and we already have a Piccolo, but after discussing the options, we decided to go with a Janssens. Great quality, beautiful appearance, and lots of options. It arrived perfectly packaged, with clear instructions. It was easy to assemble myself. It took two days, but the result is more than fantastic! In short, a very satisfied customer!

Call-out fee Barneveld - Utrecht €175! I had no control over the purchase of a window damaged in a neighbor's greenhouse. The neighbor wanted a window from the greenhouse's supplier (Buiten-Goed). It involved one window (4 mm tempered glass, approximately 60 x 170 cm). The total cost for one window turned out to be €345. The window cost €125, the call-out fee €175, and the labor €45. The delivery was in Utrecht, which is 47 km from Barneveld (and a 40-minute travel time). That works out to €3.7 per km distance, or €1.90 per km traveled, or 175 / 80 minutes = €131 per hour of travel time. Installing one window takes a maximum of 10 minutes, which converts to an hourly rate of €45 x 6 = €270 per hour. I'll leave the reader to judge. If you suffer damage, you know the costs.

Richard was incredibly helpful. He doesn't try to sell you the most expensive item, but simply provides excellent service. The installation was also well done by friendly staff. The awning looks great.
