Nothing to complain about. Time is taken for the consultation and also thinking about the best place for the inverter. Neat and professional fitters, know what they are doing. Price ratio is also fine. The 8 panels run smoothly.

A great, knowledgeable company. Our eight additional solar panels arrived on our roof today and are working properly and as agreed. We had to wait a while, but it's busy in this industry, and we completely understand that. The only area for improvement is communication with the company. After visiting our home, we didn't hear anything back and didn't receive a quote within the agreed-upon timeframe. We only received a response after an email and a few phone calls. The installers did an excellent job. We chose this company because it's local.

In May 2019, I had a set of 14 Bauer solar panels and an SMA inverter installed. This was a 5-star installation (quote, installation, and VAT handling). But things change in your life sometimes. At the end of September 2021, I called Buist Solar to ask if the panels could be removed because a dormer window was being installed on the house on December 8th. This was all difficult; my schedule was completely full. But I would definitely get a call back. I waited six weeks and finally removed the panels myself. In early December 2021, I received a call from Buist Solar. We saw that the system had been taken offline and they said they would call back. Given the positive experience, I indicated that I understood but didn't want to be forgotten. I asked Buist Solar to schedule an appointment to replace the panels and find a solution for the flat roof with my existing solar panels. The good guy came by in January. 2022 noted a few things and said they would contact them and provide a quote for the costs. To date, I haven't received a phone call, email, or letter. Because I have an electrical engineering background and solar panels aren't my area of expertise, I researched this myself by studying trade journals, NEN standards, and consulting people in the field. This allowed me to reinstall the panels safely and correctly. Unfortunately, Buist Solar wasn't to blame for that! My personal conclusion: An excellent company that delivers A-quality products. But sometimes things go wrong. I purchased the new solar system for my shed from a different company.
