Worst kitchen-buying experience ever! Here you need to be strong and confident if you need more time to think about their offers. The sales people seem friendly at first but soon enough will try to make you sign a contract, even on first visit. Please keep in mind this was my first and only impression and it was a very insistent salesman.

In October 2024, we purchased and signed for a white kitchen from Bruynzeel. In February 2025, we returned to the store to change only the internal layout (shelves and drawers). It later turned out that during this visit, the color (gray) of the kitchen had also been changed without explicit explanation or explicit consent. Upon delivery in October 2025, it turned out that the kitchen did not meet the agreement: - The delivered color differed from what was originally agreed upon - The cooktop was defective - The Quooker was not working - The refrigerator/freezer was defective - A drawer was damaged - The kitchen was not sealed, while sealing had been done in other homes within the same project We contacted Bruynzeel several times. During these contacts, we received varying staff members and contradictory answers. The responsibility was consistently placed on us, with the argument that we "should have been more careful when signing." In our opinion, this attitude is incompatible with the duty of care of a professional seller and does not comply with the legal obligation to deliver a product that complies with the agreement. To date, no suitable solution or compensation has been offered. In light of the above, we will NOT recommend Bruynzeel to other consumers.

Last week we had an appointment with Nike at Bruynzeel in Groningen to discuss the planning of our kitchen. It was such a relief to have someone who takes their time with you, listens carefully, and uses their expertise to explore the possibilities and limitations—truly excellent! We received a clear quote immediately afterward, along with samples to see if they would fit the house and decor, and any questions we had were answered promptly. All of this was done in a very pleasant manner, so I highly recommend them!

We received excellent service from Bruynzeel Groningen. The salesperson was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and a good listener. We had a pleasant conversation, received clear information, and felt pressured. We bought a beautiful kitchen for our new-build home. If we decided on a different color after choosing the flooring, we could still do so up to four months before delivery. The countertop trim is measured after installation, ensuring the height and electrical outlet cutouts are perfectly aligned. Excellent service! We recommend Bruynzeel Groningen to everyone.
