Very nice for bathroom inspiration as have full rooms arranged, so you get a way better feeling. Some items are quite pricey, compared to Sanidirect or sanidump. but you can see the quality difference as well.

1 star is for the sale process only. They're friendly. But there are many things went wrong on the kitchen installation by technicians. I had already reported 7 different issues in the kitchen in November. And I was told the next visit to my home will be in January to fix them!!!! It's unacceptable. It's not my problem how Brugman is busy. Brugman has 50 years experience. I expect much much better customer experience after sale. The fixes shouldn't take more than 1 hour. Ah! one more thing, it's 11 days already I called them 3 times to pick up the kitchen thrashes. Imagine I waited for 10 minutes for my each call to talk someone in the customer service. Last time I was promised it would be picked up and again nobody was shown up! It's not a small thrash as you imagined. Otherwise I would do it by myself. It's supposed to be picked up the next day after the installation.

This is the second time I have purchased a bathroom and kitchen at Brugman and the sales people (Jeroen did my kitchen and Debby my bathroom) have always helped me create the kitchen and bathroom I wanted by listening, asking questions and taking the time to bring my ideas and thoughts into some fabulous designs. I am so content with the finished products as I was the previous time I purchased my bathroom and kitchen there. Products are high quality standard and after years still look brand new. I would definitely recommend Brugman in Capelle.

Terrible customer service and poor product quality. Installed over a month ago and still not done with solving issues. The furniture does not look like the sample, their answer: it's your problem. Do not recommend. After this post they asked me to contact them again to solven it, we did and they never replied.
