Post-calculations of thousands of euros for which no agreement or interim estimate of additional costs was given, repeated extra charges and no response to my emails about it, when in doubt and without consultation, charges were written to a personal current account, and accessibility was poor. Unfortunately, I cannot describe the collaboration as constructive.

Besides the fact that no tax was levied on my holiday pay and I later received a letter from the tax authorities stating that I could still pay it (very pleasant), I have also been waiting for more than a month for a correct annual statement, to which I have received no response.

I've been a client for over 30 years, and in recent years I've been treated very rudely, resulting in a lawsuit, with much dissatisfaction. I advise clients to look for a cheaper and better accounting firm that definitely exists! I advise any new clients against becoming clients; unfortunately, I can tell you from experience that the qualities EKW advertises are not achieved. Paul Vlasveld
