Brouwer Dakkapellen, gevestigd in Zwolle, is een bedrijf dat zich volledig richt op het ontzorgen van de klant door het bieden van meer ruimte en het garanderen van kwaliteit. Met vijf kernwaarden - plaatsing in één dag, maatwerk voor elke klant, ervaren vakmensen, hoge kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid - onderscheiden we ons in de markt.
Sinds 2004 hebben we honderden dakkapellen afgeleverd, dankzij onze volledig uitgeruste werkplaats van 300 m2. We produceren kwalitatief hoogwaardige dakkapellen door middel van serieproductie en een gedigitaliseerd productieproces dat hoge kwaliteitseisen waarborgt.
Bij Brouwer Dakkapellen zijn we maatschappelijk betrokken. We streven naar voortdurende isolatie-innovatie, minimaliseren en scheiden ons restafval en zien de Arbo-eisen als slechts een beginpunt. We bieden ook stageplaatsen aan voor jong talent.
We bieden een gratis intakegesprek bij u thuis aan, waarbij we uw wensen inventariseren, informatie over de mogelijkheden geven, voorbeelden van materialen laten zien, de dakconstructie bekijken en opmeten. Na een week nemen we contact met u op om de offerte door te nemen.
Bij Brouwer Dakkapellen bent u altijd welkom om langs te komen in onze geavanceerde productiehal waar wij alle dakkapellen prefab produceren. We vinden het belangrijk om transparantie te geven over onze werkwijze en laten u graag zien hoe wij te werk gaan.

In July 2025, the Brouwer team replaced our roof tiles and ridge, and installed a dormer window and two skylights at the front. Simply put, fantastic. These craftsmen were collaborative from start to finish. During the construction, we had a lot of laughs and worked together, as I was going to finish the attic myself, and their expertise was certainly appreciated! The price-quality ratio is excellent; everything is meticulously thought out and executed. Highly recommended! Apologies to Brouwer dormers for my late review ;) Better late than never!

In November, the gentlemen from Brouwer installed a dormer window for us. From the moment they arrived, they immediately started taking measurements. Everything went smoothly, both with each other and with us. They worked incredibly neatly and packed all the roof tiles and other materials into big bags, as our floor was simply left in place. After an hour or two, it was time for a cup of coffee, and they definitely deserved it. After the coffee break, they went up to the roof; the crane was already ready. Once the dormer window was installed, we briefly discussed the desired heights and whether everything was to our liking. We can't emphasize it enough: what professional and customer-friendly guys. We clicked right from the start, and that led to a fantastic end result that we will enjoy for years to come. Thank you, gentlemen!

Fantastic! What started as an impassable attic, Brouwer Dakkapellen has now added a ridge extension and dormer to our house. The result: a significant increase in space, an additional usable floor, and very satisfied and happy customers. True professionals, attentive to the customer's needs, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to think along with us!

Gentlemen, thank you so much for the beautiful dormer. The men worked like a well-oiled machine, perfectly coordinated, with a perfect end result. It was finished within a day! Clear and transparent communication throughout the process! I would definitely hire them again!
