We used Brommer to remodel our bathroom, laundry room and sewage pipes. They were professional, courteous, on time and did very high quality workmanship. They were extremely clean and we didn't face endless delays, no shows and tons of excuses (as we did with another constructor when we did an extension on our home earlier this year). Even when on the last day a wall tile suddenly broke, they had the tile person there in the afternoon. At the end they cleaned everything. Absolutely top quality materials and workmanship. It does come at a top price though. Other reviewers have given low ratings because they couldn't browse and get advice at the showroom for free. This isn't what they do. They're not a store, they are an installation company, not Home Depot.

They came to check the leakage problem without bringing anything so they have to leave in the middle for 45 mins to get the material of silicone and it was charged too. They stayed in my house for 30 mins but I was charged for almost 2 hours due the transportation I guess. And filling of silicone work cost me almost 300 euro. they also sent one assistant to hand over the tools I guess which was also expensive hourly rate. It’s really ridiculous charge.

Stay away at all costs. Their employees are saying one thing about prices and then you're getting charged twice. Horrible customer service with no knowledge about how to treat customers. I was told a part would cost around 25-30 euros and was charged 80.

Scammers. They said fixing the leakage in my bathroom would cost 250 Euros. A week after they were finished they sent me a 453 Euros bill, almost double than what was agreed upon. When I asked them how come the bill is almost double, they gave an excuse that the person who gave me the price was inexperienced. Of course I refused to be scammed and paid 250 Euros , it was a very unpleasant experience.
