I had my gutter replaced. I now have the nicest gutter in the neighborhood... ;) I'm very satisfied. You really see the difference when you hire the professionals. Due to busy times and the coronavirus pandemic, everything took a bit longer than expected, but I didn't mind. The price wasn't a special offer, but hey... you get something good in return. All in all: compliments to John Brökling!

A few years ago, we had our house renovated by Brökling (for over €100,000). Initially satisfied. Now, a few years later: faulty door locks, cracks in the bathroom grout, and a poured floor that's bulging up all over due to moisture in the floor. I contacted Brökling about this, and someone came by. The door lock was only partially repaired, and the cracks in the grout needed a coat of sealant, but it looks terrible. Apparently, it shouldn't cost anything more... I've now had the doors professionally repaired elsewhere, and the bathroom will probably have to be completely removed. A major disappointment and expense. Brökling no longer responds to emails... Extremely unprofessional.

I'd like to share my experience after completing a beautiful kitchen extension. The work went smoothly. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship are clearly evident in the final result. The workmanship is of high quality, and every phase of the project was carried out with great care. What struck us most was the cleanliness of the work. The work area was left tidy every day, which is a huge plus in a busy household. The team was always polite, respectful, and willing to answer any questions. Thanks to John and his team, we now have a spacious and functional kitchen that we are extremely happy with. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and professional contractor. Their dedication and professionalism made this project a positive experience.

Five years ago, we had a bathroom installed. Now, five years later, the shower tray has cracked. Brökling has been back twice. They say it wasn't installed incorrectly. Even though several companies showed us photos, we were shocked at what it looked like under the shower tray. The reinforcement in the concrete was cut in six places. This left a large hole in the concrete, leaving the shower tray completely unsupported in the middle, right where you always stand. It was laid too tightly, preventing the shower tray from working properly. You could also see this in the tile lines that the cut wasn't quite right (we bought this from another company, but it should have been noticed). We sent this again, along with photos, to Brökling to give them a chance to fix it. But they're completely unresponsive and refuse to take any responsibility.
