Our house has been made more sustainable by Tim Broens and his team. Solar panels and a hybrid heat pump have been installed. Everything works to our complete satisfaction. They came to our house for the bathroom/toilet pipework and underfloor heating. First, they didn't cut the pipes deep enough, preventing the tiler from continuing. Then they had to come back three more times to tighten a coupling that eventually had to be replaced anyway. Furthermore, they installed the residential ventilation fan, which was initially the wrong one (just a simple on/off one, but I specifically wanted one with a hygrostat so everything would run automatically). They returned the old one and installed the new one. Fortunately, we are rid of the Broens company... the fan has run for half a year now, but the hygrostat no longer works. Called several times... uhh, don't have my schedule at hand, will you call back tonight... voicemail: leave a message and I will call back as soon as possible... and then they never call back. In any case, I strongly advise against this company.
