We had a good viewing with one of their agents and submitted the highest offer—without any contingencies/clauses—for the property we truly liked. Yet, they chose buyers who placed a lower offer that included financial contingencies. Where is the fairness in that decision? Shouldn't the seller be consulted when choosing between offers? We even sent a personalized, handwritten letter to express our genuine desire to purchase the property. I'm extremely frustrated with this market.

We had a viewing appointment and they didn’t even open the door after waiting of 10 minutes outside the property.. this attitude is happened for the second time with the same company and it’s the worst real estate company ever.
