Lazy real estate agent, outdated. We had decided to buy the house at number 77 in Clinge for 525,000 euros, explaining that we still live in Italy. We asked him to arrange a video viewing. They don't do that! He said he would call us back... but we never heard from this gentleman again. We bought the house through another real estate agent after a video call. In my opinion, this man does not keep his promises.

I was very satisfied with my initial contact with Chris vd. Branden about putting my house up for sale. Afterward, I received a detailed written explanation of how he had arrived at his valuation, which was very helpful. From the moment the house actually went up for sale on Funda, it took a while before it was sold. But all in all, I'm very satisfied with Brandax. They employ only friendly people who are also very helpful. I definitely recommend Brandax.

Terrible real estate agent. Absolutely not true to his word. Very few, if any, candidates, and never had any direct contact when I sold my house. Yet, he charged me a double commission even though he never made a sale. Not recommended, these are major mafia practices he's doing to people. Sack-making, they're happy with that. 😄😄😄

Great service, everything went smoothly. Update after 5 years: Brandax remains a very pleasant company to work with. They sold us a house a while back, and although they ultimately didn't sell the newly purchased one, you could tell their staff were always fully committed during our two-year search. Jessica really stands out for me: even after all these years, that still resonates with me. Always exceptionally friendly on the phone, even five years later.
